It is a good place to stay on a budget, stayed before and happy to do so again. Jasper is slowly been renovated and each time, rooms are getting better. They are clean rooms it is a quiet area close to city local shops are good, but no grocery store for about 3 kilometers.
Affordable price in an not just excellent but also very quiet location, within a walking distance to the King William road Unley and Unley road Unley; every room has assigned a car park right to the front of the room’s window. At Night, these outdoor lights are all bright on and shed on the car park, for the reason of safety. Inside the room, it has equipped with all basic needs for a short business stay. Room is reasonably clean. Staff at the front reception are quite friendly and helpful. I regard Jasper motor Inn is in an excellent location and charged at a very reasonable price. It has all you need during a short business trip in Adelaide. Will come back and stay again when I am down to Adelaide next time, I highly recommend this place to others who is doing solo business trip in Adelaide.
Bed was comfortable
I know the Jasper well having stayed here for trips to Adelaide for over 20 years. Always clean reliable and economic accommodation. 10 minutes to the city by bus. Bus stop 200 meters from the Jasper. Car parking and good WiFi. Good pub for food nearby.
Everything I needed for my stay was in my room, kettle, toaster and microwave. The shower was good, the water pressure was very good and the water was hot. WiFi was also great.
The service was good
The proximity of the property to the area and people we visited was good. That was all.

Have stayed several times, but this time found the bathroom shower curtain etc was rather grubby looking and the fluoro light over the single bed didn’t work properly, just flickered. As the office wasn’t attended I didn’t report the light at the time. The room is somewhat “tired”. The beds were clean and good. I am booked in for a 3 night stay, with my sister coming for one night too, next month, so hope I can report that everything is 100% as previous stays have been.
We were in town for 3 nights/2.5 days, mainly to participate in an event in an adjacent suburb. The location was ideal, being only a few minutes from the event venue, take-away food vendors, and a great variety of other, quality eateries. Our needs were for a convenient, comfortable, quiet place to sleep, shower, and store our gear for the duration, and Jasper provided perfectly. Check-in after Reception hours was easy and arranged clearly and simply beforehand by our hosts. Check-out was similarly smooth and simple. We weren't looking for luxury, or accommodation "bells and whistles", and Jasper was ideal and great value at its price point.
Value for money - travelling alone it is a cheap option - in this setting you just want a safe place to sleep. Excellent location
